About The Position

Sunbelt’s Regional Manager equips our team for success through leadership that empowers team members to make it happen for our customers. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of effectiveness and efficiency within assigned territory by developing business and market strategies to drive growth and profitability, engage and motivate employees, ensure employees are in the right positions, provide sales leadership and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing or related field or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience managing on the district level plus 2 years of Sales experience
• Product line knowledge
• Leadership and organization
• Coaching and mentoring
• Profit and Loss
• Safety is key to our culture: The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.
