About The Position

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty (PenFed Realty), a wholly owned subsidiary of PenFed Credit Union (PenFed), is hiring a (Hybrid) Regional Manager, Growth & Development at our Tysons, Virginia office. The Regional Manager, Growth & Development, plays a key role in supporting the Regional Vice President with recruiting, retention, coaching, and training initiatives across the region. This position focuses on driving agent growth, production, and engagement through consistent communication, skill development, and fostering a company culture of high-touch support. Though the role is not a supervisory position over any specific office or personnel, it will collaborate with local leadership, trainers, and agents to execute a coordinated growth and development strategy. Equivalent combination of education and experience is considered.

Requirements

  • Eight years of real estate experience required.
  • Five years of leadership experience required.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office-based programs and experience with Lone Wolf Technology systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct recruiting calls for the region with emphasis on attracting producing agents.
  • Make regular calls to active PenFed Realty agents in the region to support retention and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruiting activity, follow-up and results.
  • Participate in company recruiting events, networking opportunities, and career fairs.
  • Conduct sales meetings, in-office training, and mastermind events throughout the region.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship for agents.
  • Assist RVP with onboarding, coaching and training plans for agents new to the company.
  • Collaborate with the RVP to identify opportunities for skill enhancement, productivity improvement, and business planning for individual agents.
  • Be visible and available to agents in the office for drop-in questions, coaching and support.
  • Respond to routine inquiries from agents and others via email, text, telephone and in person as appropriate.
  • Assist with brokerage support and contract review if needed within the region.
  • Practice extreme attention to detail, as well as consistency and persistence in following up with other parties to complete contracts in a timely manner.
  • Support overall regional growth objectives as directed by the RVP.
