About The Position

The Regional Maintenance Manager (RMM) is responsible for overseeing operational capital repairs, developing five-year capital plans, conducting property inspections, and implementing training and preventative maintenance programs. The RMM manages capital budgets, assists maintenance supervisors in preparing annual repairs and maintenance budgets, and assists in the recruitment, hiring, and training of maintenance staff. Additionally, the RMM serves as the safety officer for the residential maintenance team. With a competitive pay range of $120,000.00 - $145,000.00 annually, your hard work will be recognized and rewarded. WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A REGIONAL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR? A minimum of ten years experience in property management maintenance. Strong background in project management and contract negotiation and administration. Owns and properly uses hand tools normally used in construction, maintenance, and landscaping. Experienced with power tools including circular saw, power drill, bench grinder, string trimmer, hedge trimmer, power floor cleaner, carpet shampoo machine, power drain cleaner, chain saw and key machine. Minimum of seven years of supervision experience, including developing and/or overseeing training programs. Minimum High School Diploma. Vocational training or college preferred. Required to travel to all company residential properties regularly. 50%-75% of work week will be in the field working with vendors, assisting in capital projects and training.
