Goldmark Property Management is seeking an experienced, hands-on Regional Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across a large multifamily portfolio in our Minneapolis market. This is a senior leadership role with real operational ownership—ideal for a maintenance professional who has grown beyond a single-site role and is ready to lead people, budgets, and performance at scale. The Regional Maintenance Manager plays a critical role in driving consistent maintenance standards, strong resident experiences, and high-performing teams across the region. While this role is largely about leadership, the ideal candidate brings both people leadership and technical credibility, and is comfortable stepping in to support complex maintenance challenges when needed.
