Requirements

EPA Certification (required)
CPO (Certified Property Operations) Certification (required)
Proven experience managing maintenance operations in multifamily communities
Demonstrated leadership experience with team hiring, training, and development
Strong project management skills with experience overseeing capital improvement initiatives
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel as needed

Nice To Haves

EPA Proctor Designation
Experience managing multiple properties or regional portfolios
Background in preventive maintenance program development
Knowledge of multifamily industry best practices and emerging technologies

Responsibilities

Supervise and optimize operations across nine Class A multifamily communities
Lead strategic planning and execution of capital improvement projects to enhance property value and resident experience
Design, implement, and continuously improve preventive maintenance programs that reduce costs and extend asset life
Recruit, train, and develop on-site maintenance teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
Partner collaboratively with property management and executive leadership to align maintenance operations with business objectives
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards
Travel regularly to properties for inspections, training, and strategic oversight
