About The Position

HomeRiver Group is looking to hire a full-time Regional Leasing Manager with experience in real estate preferred, exceptional customer service skills, a strong work ethic and a strong desire to be a part of an awesome team. As our Regional Leasing Manager, you will develop and retain strong working relationships with our affiliated leasing and listing agents. You will also manage the company's listing for lease and provide support, guidance and education to those leasing and listing agents. Not only will you coordinate the managed property lease updates, but you will also provide performance metrics and assist with the lease posting strategy. You will collaborate and establish lease value and conditions of major metro market areas on an ongoing basis. This is a fully remote position.

Requirements

• Ability to multitask and prioritize critical items
• Intermediate experience using MS Office applications and G-Suite
• The candidate should be computer savvy and quickly adapt to new computer systems
• High school degree or equivalent preferred
• Real Estate license required
• Single or Multi Family real estate experience preferred

Responsibilities
