The Regional Leader of Recruiting is responsible for leading the full cycle recruiting process for restaurant management positions and providing strategic support for crewmember hiring within a specific region. This role is also responsible for leading a team of Area Leaders of Recruiting. This role partners directly with Regional Business Unit Team leadership to assess hiring needs, execute near and long-term strategies to ensure all new restaurants open fully staffed and all existing Restaurants maintain optimal staffing levels. The physical work environment includes working in a fast-paced kitchen environment (which requires extended periods of physical exertion, such as walking, standing, lifting and bending) and interacting with customers. It also includes both inside and outside work in varied temperatures, working with and around food products, common allergens, industrial equipment, commercial cleaning products that require the use of personal protective equipment and physical activities necessary to complete the responsibilities of the job.
