About The Position

At TechnologyAdvice, we pride ourselves on helping B2B tech buyers manage the complexity and risk of the buying process. We are a trusted source of information for tech buyers, delivering advice and facilitating connections between our buyers and the world’s leading sellers of business technology. Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, we are a remote-first company with more than 20 digital publications and over 500 global team members in the US, UK, Singapore, Australia, and the Philippines. We’re proud to have been repeatedly recognized as one of America’s fastest growing private companies by Inc., as well as a Tennessee top workplace. We work hard each day and have fun, too, with monthly virtual events, recreational slack channels, and the occasional costumed dance from our CEO. TechnologyAdvice is looking for a Head of Recruiting to lead and elevate our global talent acquisition function. This role manages a team of recruiters and coordinators responsible for hiring across the U.S., EMEA, and APAC, including key markets such as the UK, Australia, Singapore, the Philippines, and India. This leader will focus on bringing clarity, accountability, and performance to the recruiting organization. You will set expectations, improve processes, and ensure the team consistently delivers high-quality hires that support the company’s growth. The ideal candidate understands how to lead recruiters, manage performance through data, and operate effectively across multiple international regions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • 1–3+ years directly managing recruiters and/or recruiting coordinators.
  • Experience recruiting in at least one market outside the U.S. (UK, APAC, or India preferred).
  • Demonstrated success using recruiting metrics to improve recruiting team performance.
  • Experience operating in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
  • Proven ability to manage recruiters, not just carry an individual req load.
  • Comfortable setting expectations and holding teams accountable to performance standards.
  • Strong ability to bring structure, consistency, and process to recruiting organizations.
  • Data-driven and confident using recruiting metrics to guide decisions.
  • Able to balance hands-on involvement with strategic leadership.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience scaling recruiting processes in remote or distributed organizations (preferred).
  • Familiarity with global employment models such as EORs and contractors (preferred).
  • Background in technology, digital media, or performance-driven organizations (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of recruiters and talent acquisition coordinators.
  • Establish clear hiring targets, activity benchmarks, and performance expectations.
  • Coach recruiters on sourcing strategy, stakeholder management, and candidate experience.
  • Build structured processes for feedback, accountability, and performance improvement.
  • Strengthen partnerships between recruiting and hiring managers.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruiting across multiple international markets.
  • Adapt recruiting strategies to fit regional talent markets.
  • Ensure compliance with local hiring practices and regulations.
  • Support workforce planning and hiring prioritization with business leaders.
  • Define and track KPIs such as time-to-fill, funnel conversion, source effectiveness, and recruiter productivity.
  • Use data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
  • Provide consistent recruiting performance reporting to leadership.
  • Improve hiring forecasting and recruiting predictability.
  • Refine recruiting workflows and optimize ATS usage.
  • Ensure a consistent and high-quality candidate experience globally.
  • Partner on employer branding initiatives as needed.
  • Standardize recruiting best practices while allowing for regional nuance.
