The Opportunity This position works out of our Abbott Park: Lake County IL location. This position does not include relocation assistance. What You’ll Work On Mission The Regional Investigations Manager conducts internal investigations relating to alleged violations of the Abbott Code of Business Conduct (and other policies and procedures), recommends and helps implement appropriate remediation, and reports conclusions to managers and business leaders. Identifies gaps in the company’s policies, procedures, and training that become apparent during investigations, and participates in corrective action. Supervises personnel responsible for intake and analysis of new reports, including identifying potential legal and policy issues.
