The Regional Internal Investigator is an effective team collaborator, problem solver and is committed to providing exceptional customer service every day to the store teams they serve. This position is responsible for assisting with internal case identification, development, and resolution of high-quality internal theft cases supporting the Asset Protection store teams throughout their region. The Regional Internal Investigator will complete the full life cycle of internal cases and maintain excellent relationships with Regional Asset Protection Managers, Store Managers and Human Resource Teams. The Regional Internal Investigator will prioritize workload based on impact to Nordstrom’s ability to deliver on its commitments of brand, service and experience and fashion authority.
