About The Position

As the Regional Installation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all installation-related items in the assigned region. The RIM will be responsible for recruiting and training installers in the region. The RIM will be responsible for managing all labor bills, approving services needed post install and 100% customer satisfaction. MUST HAVE RESIDENTIAL WET AND DRY SPACE INSTALLATION EXPERIENCE.

Requirements

Applicant should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in wet and dry space bath remodeling, with one day bath installation experience a plus.
Good problem-solving skills are required.
Must be competent in the use of technology and be able to function proficiently.
Must be well organized and have the ability to think on your feet.
Must be proactive in your approach to managing customer/employee/subcontractor interactions, company expectations, and be able to work within the organization to deliver win-win solutions for both our customers and our employees/subcontractors.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day management of installations in multiple locations within a region, which requires daily/weekly travel.
Monitor labor and material costs in accordance with branch budgets.
Maintain installer capacity to support revenue goals.
Review installation schedules with customers.
Review operational concerns with Leadership.
Perform job measures as needed.
Handle all service and warranty issues as needed.
Communicate with Customer Experience on any installation or scheduling issues.
Perform job site visits to ensure installations are in accordance with company guidelines.
Support warehouse staff as needed with staging and material inventory.
Ensure all safety standards are reviewed and implemented in the field.
Conduct installation and safety meetings weekly with installation teams.
Other duties as assigned.
