We are seeking a Regional Human Resources Business Partner to directly support assigned dental practices. This role will share field ownership with an existing HR Business Partner, with each supporting a defined group of offices. This is a hands-on, field-facing role responsible for employee relations, investigations, leadership coaching, and reinforcing consistent workplace standards across practices. The ideal candidate brings experience from high-volume, frontline environments (retail, hospitality, healthcare, or similar) and is comfortable balancing partnership with accountability. This role requires independence, strong judgment, and the ability to drive consistency across decentralized teams.
