About The Position

The Regional Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) plays a critical role in supporting MINISO USA’s retail/corporate operations by managing employee relations, conducting training, overseeing recruitment, and acting as a strategic liaison between stores and headquarters. This position ensures HR initiatives align with business objectives while fostering a positive work environment and maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This is an in-office position based in West Covina, CA, with standard business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on employee relations, training, and recruitment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations cases, including labor disputes and grievances, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure all HR practices adhere to legal regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
  • Culture & Engagement: Promote and uphold company values and implement initiatives to enhance employee morale, retention, and engagement.
  • Retail/Corporate Coordination: Act as a liaison between retail locations and headquarters, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with HR policies.
  • Training & Development: Design, develop, and conduct training programs for new hires and existing employees. Support leadership development and ongoing professional growth initiatives.
  • Recruitment: Assist in interviewing and hiring candidates in collaboration with Loss Prevention, Retail and other divisions as needed.
  • Performance Management: Assist in developing and implementing performance management systems. Provide coaching to managers and employees to drive productivity and engagement.
  • Additional HR Support: Complete other HR-related projects and tasks as assigned by department leadership.
