The Regional Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) plays a critical role in supporting MINISO USA’s retail/corporate operations by managing employee relations, conducting training, overseeing recruitment, and acting as a strategic liaison between stores and headquarters. This position ensures HR initiatives align with business objectives while fostering a positive work environment and maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This is an in-office position based in West Covina, CA, with standard business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
