The Regional HR Manager, Ace Home Services is a strategic partner to several businesses within the Ace Home Services Southeast region footprint, based in our Atlanta, Georgia business location and reporting to the Ace Hardware Home Services Leader of HR. This role will operate as a trusted advisor, directing, and developing an HR agenda that closely supports the business. This role is accountable for working directly with all levels of leadership within the service business(es) by promoting, communicating, and implementing people and culture strategies and initiatives. This role will act as a team member champion and change agent, along with assessing and anticipating HR-related needs. This role will also provide guidance on employment law and best people practices. This position is a hybrid role; (1-2) days a week out of our Alpharetta, GA office. (3) days a week at home. In addition, there will be some occasional travel required to other out of state offices.
