Requirements

Substantial experience partnering with leaders on people strategy and organizational effectiveness
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and influence peers through expertise rather than authority
Proven success driving people programs end-to-end with autonomy and accountability
Strong understanding of employee relations, performance frameworks, and regulatory considerations
Confidence using data to inform decisions and tell compelling people stories
Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, customer-focused mindset
High levels of integrity, discretion, and adaptability in a fast-moving environment
