In Operations, we engage and collaborate with businesses and functions to design and deliver value added services and solutions that provide peace of mind and ease the way of doing business even in a challenging environment. The Regional Head of Operations Americas represents the Operations function in the region. This role ensures oversight and seamless coordination of operational activities, compliance with internal policies and standards, and delivery of high-quality services to support business objectives across the region. The Regional Head of Operations represents the Operations function in the Americas region and ensures oversight on all Operations activities. The scope of responsibility encompasses procurement, real estate projects, travel, governance of third parties, and business continuity. He/She supports local Operations (Head of Operations, General Services) in all Operations activities that are undertaken locally, with the support of the Global Functional Units (Procurement, Real Estate and General Services, Travel Operations, Operations Governance and Business Resilience)
