This is a build-and-own operations role, not a traditional practice management position. You will take ownership of the operating model for a growing portfolio of employer health centers serving a Fortune 500 financial institution. The clinical foundation and client relationship are in place — what's missing is a scalable, disciplined operational infrastructure. This role exists because the organization has grown faster than its operational infrastructure — and we are now investing in building the systems needed to scale properly. There is no existing playbook — and that's intentional. You are being brought in to design it from the ground up, implement it across sites, and evolve it as the model scales. You will define how these clinics operate across three states, ensure consistent execution, and build the operational discipline required for a high-performance, client-facing healthcare environment.
