About The Position

Regional Growth Strategist (Operations Manager - Must be local to Longwood, FL) ShotVet | Strategy + Operations | Build What Scales This is not a “keep the trains running” operations role. This is for someone who understands how multi-unit businesses grow — and knows how to scale them intentionally, systematically, and profitably. You’ll help design and optimize how ShotVet grows — across multiple markets, teams, and moving pieces. You won’t just ask “what’s next?” You’ll ask “what’s the smartest, most scalable way to do this across 20+ locations?” We’re scaling a business that makes pet care more accessible, affordable, and convenient. And we’re doing it thoughtfully. That means: Growth with intention — not just speed Systems that scale — not break Teams that are aligned, motivated, and accountable You’ll play a key role in building that foundation.

Requirements

  • Strategic, structured thinker who values logic and sound decision-making
  • Multi-unit operator who understands how to drive consistency across locations
  • KPI-driven leader — you know what to measure and how to improve it
  • Strong motivator — you can influence and elevate teams without micromanaging
  • Process builder — you create systems that people can actually follow
  • 3–7 years in operations, strategy, or multi-unit leadership roles
  • Experience managing or supporting multi-location / field-based teams
  • Built and managed KPIs, scorecards, or performance systems
  • Successfully improved performance across multiple units or regions
  • Motivated teams and driven results through influence, not force

Responsibilities

  • Analyze markets and identify where and how we should expand
  • Build structured plans for new region launches and route optimization
  • Develop and track KPIs that actually drive performance
  • Partner with field leaders to improve execution across multiple units
  • Identify performance gaps and implement scalable solutions
  • Turn ambiguity into clear frameworks, priorities, and action plans
