About The Position

As our Regional Growth Manager for Colombia and the Dominican Republic, you will be the driving force behind our brand’s growth in two of our most strategic markets. Reporting directly to the Regional General Manager (COL/DR), you will act as the local marketing expert, ensuring our communications are not just translated, but "tropicalized" to resonate with local users. You will have the autonomy to shape regional strategy while working in close partnership with our Marketing/Brand/Growth teams to ensure alignment with global standards while maximizing local impact. We are looking for a "builder" with high horsepower who can move fast without needing constant hand-holding.

Requirements

  • Experience: 7+ years of marketing experience, ideally within fast-growth consumer tech (Fintech, Remittances, Delivery, or similar B2C businesses).
  • The "Builder" Mindset: Proven ability to launch and scale regional programs in fast-growth environments. You are comfortable operating as the sole marketing lead within a regional business unit.
  • Cultural Fluency: Deep understanding of the Colombian and/or Dominican markets, media landscapes, and consumer behavior.
  • Hands-on Approach: You have a strategic mind but are equally energized by execution—from refining local copy to personally overseeing community events.
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to navigate a matrix organization, building strong relationships with both your regional peers and the central marketing stakeholders.
  • Languages: Professional fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • These are the applicable requisites, although equivalent competencies in any of the above will also be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Market Leadership: Act as the guardian of cultural fluency for Colombia and DR. You will adapt global messaging provided by the central teams to local contexts, ensuring our tone of voice is spot-on for each diaspora and local audience.
  • Regional Execution: Execute an integrated brand and performance marketing strategy that complements global efforts, spanning channels such as influencers, community marketing, and offline activations (OOH, events).
  • Partnership: Act as the bridge between Regional Business goals and the Global Marketing team, identifying growth opportunities and translating market insights into actionable marketing plans and agency briefs, while ensuring local priorities are represented in planning cycles.
  • Community & Influencers: Own .local ambassador/influencer programs and community events, serving as the "boots-on-the-ground" lead for the region.
  • Budget & Metrics: Manage the regional marketing budget, balancing short-term performance impact with long-term brand building., defining success metrics and measuring performance in close partnership with our analytics and central growth teams.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with corridor GM, Product, Marketing, and Compliance, while maintaining a constant feedback loop with the Marketing organization.
