Regional Field Recruiter – Subcontractor Crews

ACS is looking for a proactive Regional Field Recruiter to expand our subcontractor network across the Northeast: one territory, one crew, and one relationship at a time. From building referral networks and attending community events to managing recruitment workflows and onboarding new crews, your work will directly impact ACS’s growth and operational success.
Requirements
- Self-starter with a proactive, independent work style
- Comfortable with extensive multi-state travel
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, construction, trades, or sales preferred
- Strong relationship-builder with persistence and resilience
- Organized, metrics-driven, and results-oriented
- Bilingual in Spanish required
Nice To Haves
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) a plus
- Portuguese proficiency strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Source, recruit, and activate subcontractor flooring crews across your territory
- Travel throughout the region to visit supply houses, distributors, and retail partners
- Attend trade shows, job fairs, and community events to find and engage crews
- Build referral networks within installer communities and recruit competitors’ crews
- Screen vendors, coordinate interviews, and support onboarding
- Track recruitment activity and maintain pipeline health
