The Regional Facilities Manager (RFM) is responsible for oversite of the physical maintenance of Rogerson’s communities. Individual will be the escalation point of contact or support for technical expertise, Life Safety, OSHA, Emergency Preparedness, NSPIRE (HUD), Department of Public Health Physical Plant Inspection preparedness. The RFM will work with the Director of Facilities, Properties Managers/Directors, Program Directors, and Maintenance Staff on maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures pertaining to each individual facility. Individual will work on special site projects while providing education and training support to site level maintenance supervisors and staff.
