About The Position

The Regional Facilities Manager (RFM) is a high‑impact operations leader responsible for the physical condition, maintenance performance, and long‑term asset health of a defined regional multifamily portfolio. This individual ensures consistent execution of preventive maintenance programs, drives expense control, improves service quality, manages capital project execution, and provides direct coaching and support to onsite maintenance teams. The RFM serves as a strategic facilities partner to Operations, a technical resource to Service Managers, and a project manager for capital initiatives—ensuring properties operate to portfolio standards, ownership objectives, and regulatory requirements. The Regional Facilities Manager will report to the Vice President-Multifamily Capital, Facilities and Procurement.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of multifamily maintenance or regional facilities leadership.
  • Strong diagnostic and technical skills.
  • Experience managing capital projects.
  • Proficiency with maintenance software and Yardi platforms.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills.

  • EPA, CPO, CAMT preferred
