About The Position

The Manger of Facilities will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of 45 – 55 stores in a designated region while supporting the operators in all things building related. Manage facilities and Cap X remodel program for all 45-50 locations. Emergency Projects (fires, car strikes, theft, store closures) Manage preventative maintenance program for assigned locations. Must be proficient in negotiating, networking, and critical thinking skills. Communicate educational material to operators on building components. Cap X – Manage Cap X remodel program and replacement account purchases. Allocating monthly / quarterly schedules with operations Managing multiple project bids and contracts with contractors and vendors. Reporting to accounting and finance to ensure accurate forecasts. Monthly calls. Manage construction vendors in brand standard and QC on remodel projects. PM program (large ROI) Manage RTU and exhaust hood PM programs. Manage water heater and ice machine PM program. Special projects (I.E. digital kitchen/recipes) Team with IT for evolving scope. Scheduling with Jami and RTI including QC. Requirements

  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Minimum 7 years related facilities maintenance experience with multiple entities
  • Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Smart Sheets, CMX-1
  • Must be proficient in negotiating, networking, and critical thinking skills

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred certifications in HVAC and OSHA
