About The Position

Sodexo Live! Airport Lounges, North America is seeking a visionary Regional Executive Chef to lead the strategic development and execution of innovative culinary programs across Delta Sky Clubs and hospitality operations at Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. This high-impact leadership role requires a dynamic culinary professional with a strong foundation in large-scale foodservice, exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, and a passion for delivering elevated, guest-centric experiences at scale. The Regional Executive Chef will serve as a brand ambassador and innovation catalyst, shaping the future of premium dining through elite partnerships, new concept development, and trend-setting culinary initiatives across seven Delta Sky Clubs.

Requirements

  • proven high-volume culinary leadership experience within premium hotels or restaurants
  • a strategic culinary mindset with the ability to project and plan culinary strategies
  • strong proficiency in P&L management, budgetary control, and yield management
  • problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities in a fast-paced environment
  • a guest-focused mentality with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
  • Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
  • Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years of experience in operations

Responsibilities

  • provide strategic culinary leadership across a system of accounts, ensuring consistency, quality, innovation, and alignment with brand and client expectations
  • serve as the culinary authority for menu strategy, concept development, and premiumization initiatives that are scalable, executable, and operationally sound
  • collaborate closely with Executive Chefs and cross-functional partners to develop, review, and approve a la carte menus across premium airline lounge environments
  • ensure full compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements, including HACCP, food safety, sanitation and allergen management
  • drive financial discipline through food cost control, waste reduction, recipe adherence, and partnership with operations, finance, and supply chain teams
  • lead culinary training, coaching, and talent development initiatives to strengthen skills, elevate performance, and support succession planning.
  • utilize company-approved tools, data, and industry best practices to assess program performance and implement continuous improvement
  • regularly host and participate in client tastings, presentations, and culinary reviews to support menu rollouts, refreshes, and innovation pipelines
  • act as brand ambassador, representing Sodexo Live! in leadership forums, partner engagements, tastings, and strategic initiatives.
