The Regional Engineering Manager is responsible for leading and managing engineering operations across multiple facilities or projects within the region. This role ensures the successful execution of engineering initiatives including product design, performance, testing and technical support for product lines, working in collaboration with the commercial and operations teams to ensure alignment of goals. The manager provides technical leadership, fosters cross-functional collaboration, and ensures consistent engineering standards and compliance with regulatory and safety requirements. This job is based near one of our plants in the South East region (Lexington, KY, Nashville, TN, Atlanta, GA, Jacksonville, FL, Orlando, FL, or Cape Coral, FL).
