About The Position
The Regional Engineering Manager provides Technical leadership to Site Operations teams, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of building systems. This role is accountable for maintaining professionalism, meeting client needs, and achieving high uptime. Responsibilities include asset protection and improvement, reliability-based maintenance, inspection program implementation, maintenance best practices, and continuous performance optimization. The role also involves providing technical expertise, mentorship, and training to site operations teams and supporting strategic Technical Services and Sustainability Operations programs. This position is a non-union management position that primarily consists of on-site work, supports multiple sites within the Region, and may require up to 50% travel.
