Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- 10+ years Engineering Experience, including 8 years of management experience
- Proven track record and excellent customer relation skills
- Strong Communication Skills
- Excellent Coach and Mentor skills
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Ability to present in front of a group of people
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be physically fit and capable of lifting at least 30 pounds and climbing ladders
- Travel required
Responsibilities
- Ensure regional staff is organized and staff is fully utilized
- Provide guidance and oversight to regional Senior Engineers on new business initiatives
- Develop ongoing support of the organization
- Share resources to keep best staff in from of the client
- Review and develop/ approve financial reporting on monthly/quarterly basis
- Lead the execution of continued growth, development and mentoring of Staff
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on large and/or complicated projects within all regions.
- Ensure quality control of projects to allow for bet possible product to be presented to the client.
- Proposal generation and review as required.
- Relationship management with new and/or strategic clients
- Any special projects as required
