The Regional EHS Manager is responsible helping to develop, implement, and manage comprehensive safety programs to ensure a safe and compliant work environment across all company operations at the assigned region. This role serves as the key point of contact for all occupational health and safety matters, including regulatory compliance, training, risk assessment, and incident investigation. The Regional EHS Manager works closely with the Director of EHS and ESG, site managers, and employees to foster a strong safety culture, reduce workplace hazards, and drive continuous improvement in safety performance. This position requires strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to influence safety practices across multiple teams and locations. This position requires proactive facility walk downs and job site visits. This position will require close coordination with brand operation leadership to support EHS planning and training activities.
