Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities: The Regional Sales Director will lead and develop a team of Commercial/Retail Inside Sales Managers and Account Managers across 3 sales offices, to drive revenue growth and achieve strategic objectives. This role is responsible for strategic planning, team development, performance management, leadership, and product knowledge to foster a culture of excellence and achieve sales budgets and objectives
