About The Position

This Regional Director role is for a hands-on, results-driven leader who thrives in the field. You’ll be driving across the northeastern United States , spending time in restaurants, leading teams, and ensuring brand consistency, operational excellence, and growth across your territory. You won’t be behind a desk—you’ll be on-site, in-person , and on the move every week.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience
  • Proven success managing large territories, preferably across multiple cities or regions
  • SafeServ Certification (or ability to obtain quickly)
  • Strong understanding of full-service/family restaurant operations
  • Excellent at building relationships from the front line to executive level
  • Comfortable with extensive weekly travel (company vehicle or mileage reimbursement provided)
  • Flexible with nights, weekends, and holidays —when the restaurants are busiest, you’ll be there
  • Self-motivated, organized, and thrives in an autonomous role

Responsibilities

  • Lead from the field : Drive to and visit restaurants regularly across Georgia to directly coach, develop, and support General Managers and their teams.
  • Drive performance : Ensure profit, sales, and guest satisfaction goals are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Be the eyes and ears : Identify operational opportunities and provide real-time solutions.
  • Execute company strategy on the ground : Align regional execution with corporate goals, adjusting as needed for local conditions.
  • Recruit and develop top talent : Coach and mentor GMs and Unit Managers with a strong focus on retention, development, and succession planning.
  • Champion local marketing : Encourage community involvement and brand presence in each market.
  • Ensure compliance : Monitor safety, brand standards, and facility maintenance during site visits.
  • Communicate consistently : Serve as the bridge between restaurant operations and corporate leadership.
  • Adapt and lead in the field : Roll out new initiatives, manage crises, and keep the momentum going
