We’re looking for a Regional Director of Revenue to lead and grow our sales efforts within a designated region. In this role, you will oversee a team of Client Success Managers (CSMs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs) , driving their performance to achieve revenue goals, while promoting the MultiPro brand and fostering strong client relationships. Requirements

  • Sales Leadership Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, coaching and motivating a sales team to exceed targets.
  • Industry Expertise: 10+ years in B2B outside sales, with significant experience in the services or multifamily housing industry preferred.
  • Proven Sales Success: A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales objectives, including experience selling business-to-business services.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience managing a sales pipeline with Salesforce CRM, driving team activity and results.
  • Client-Focused: Strong relationship-building skills with C-level executives and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of client organizations.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to use performance data to drive decisions and continuously improve sales strategies.
  • Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation and driving win-win outcomes for both the company and clients.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM; ability to quickly learn new software platforms.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license required for travel within the designated region.

Responsibilities

  • Lead & Motivate Revenue Teams: Guide, mentor, and support Customer Success Managers and Business Development Representatives to exceed revenue targets while maintaining strong service margins.
  • Drive Regional Growth: Increase MultiPro’s market share through strategic sales execution, customer retention initiatives, and close collaboration with Operations.
  • Own Executive Relationships: Build and nurture partnerships with key executive stakeholders at customer organizations while strengthening internal leadership alignment.
  • Execute Go-to-Market Strategy: Communicate and operationalize the company’s vision and regional strategy, ensuring teams target ideal customer profiles and Tier 1 client opportunities.
  • Optimize Sales Performance: Monitor activity through Salesforce CRM, conduct one-on-ones and ride-alongs, and redirect efforts as needed to maximize productivity and results.
  • Influence Strategy with Data: Provide senior leadership with market insights, performance metrics, and recommendations to refine sales strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Improve Sales Operations: Identify efficiencies within the sales process and implement enhancements to streamline workflows and accelerate growth.
  • Recruit & Develop Talent: Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members while promoting ongoing professional development and best practices.
  • Support Negotiations: Partner with your team on contract discussions to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Manage Financial Performance: Monitor divisional expenditures and align decisions with budgetary expectations.
  • Market Insights & Competitor Analysis: Evaluate market research, track competitor activity, and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Industry Representation: Serve as a MultiPro ambassador at industry events such as NAA, CAA, TAA, FAA, and other local associations to strengthen partnerships and expand brand presence.
  • Foster Cross-Functional Alignment: Facilitate collaboration between Revenue and Operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional client experiences.
