The Regional Director of Clinical Partnerships is responsible for creating and executing growth strategies related to clinical inquiries and admissions. This role focuses on cultivating and maintaining strong professional relationships, ensuring that clinical partners are well-informed and connected to the services provided by Pasadena Villa’s The Stables Autism Program. The position involves conducting national outreach to raise awareness among clinical partners, the community, and families about the benefits of high-quality, individualized, client-centered residential treatment for long-term wellness and recovery. Additionally, the Regional Director analyzes industry trends to shape strategic priorities, remove barriers to care, and increase clinical referrals. This position is dedicated to managing autism-specific accounts on a national level, with a primary focus on providers who work with individuals on the autism spectrum. The role involves attending industry conferences focused on autism and educational consulting to strengthen relationships and expand awareness of The Stables program. In collaboration with the National Director of Business Development and the facility’s CEO, this position will help shape and execute the national strategy for The Stables. Additionally, the role includes providing concierge-level admissions support for families considering The Stables, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience. Flexibility for travel is required, expectation for frequent rounding in the northeast, specifically New York City required. This role focuses on engaging clinical strategic partners who specialize in serving neurodiverse clients while also representing the full spectrum of residential services offered by Pasadena Villa Psychiatric Network. A deep understanding of adult psychiatric diagnoses and the latest evidence-based treatment approaches is essential for success in this position.
