As t he Regional Director of Business Development you will report directly to the CEO and assume responsibility for driving growth by identifying new opportunities, building relatioships, and developing strategic initiatives to enhance the company's market presence in Illinois . Hartgrove Behavioral Health System consists of a 160-bed leading psychiatric hospital dedicated to providing quality behavioral health services for a diverse population of all ages. Hartgrove is a flagship behavioral health facility within Universal Health Services, Inc. and throughout Illinois. Hartgrove is a state-of-the-art facility offering some of the most advanced technologies and programs found in the behavioral health field. Garfield Park Behavioral Hospital provides inpatient psychiatric and partial hospitalization treatment for children and adolescents, ages 3 to 17. Requirements

  • Master's Degree in a clinical or business related field strongly preferred . Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proven track record in business development/community relations with 5 - 10 years senior level leadership experience within a large organization, preferably including inpatient and outpatient behavioral health and substance abuse.
  • Clinical licensure (LCSW/LCPC/LSW/LCP) strongly preferred.
  • Must have valid drivers license and proof of insurance.
  • Extensive understanding of marketing concepts and data analytics, knowledge of behavioral health and treatments, as well as strong account development and management skills.
  • Must have strong leadership and team building ability, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and good organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Clinical licensure (LCSW/LCPC/LSW/LCP) strongly preferred.
  • Master's Degree in a clinical or business related field strongly preferred
