About The Position

Cascades Healthcare is a growing, Provo-based healthcare organization focused on operating high-quality skilled nursing facilities across multiple states. We're looking for a Regional Director of Accounts Receivable who brings strong financial insight, leadership, and a hands-on approach to supporting business office operations. In this role, you will support our facilities in Nampa, ID, Greater Twin Falls Area, and Seattle, WA. If you enjoy working across multiple sites, building strong teams, and improving financial performance, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. As a key regional partner, you will oversee financial and billing operations across assigned facilities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency.

Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years as a Business Office Manager or similar role
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance billing
  • Familiarity with post-acute or long-term care financial operations
  • Clear communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel regularly within Utah and Idaho
  • Comfortable working independently while supporting multiple teams
  • Organized, detail-focused, and solutions-driven
  • Reliable attendance and professional presence
  • Able to move throughout facilities and perform light physical tasks as needed

Responsibilities

  • Guide and support Business Office Managers across your region
  • Oversee billing, collections, cash management, and reimbursement processes
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and long-term care regulations
  • Analyze performance, identify gaps, and implement solutions
  • Provide ongoing training in billing systems (Net Solutions, RFMS, ADP)
  • Conduct quarterly on-site visits to assess and strengthen operations
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support facility success
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold company compliance standards
