About The Position

This senior role on the WW Partner Team will be responsible for selling McAfee products and services into designated global OEM’s. Accountable for actively engaging and developing relationships while identifying new business opportunities in consumer, small & medium business, as well as other areas identified for potential expansion. This position requires an accomplished sales leader with an “end user” focus and growth mindset. Must also have an established track record along with strategic and tactical sales experience. Candidate must be capable of thriving in a fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environment. This is a position located in the USA preferably either San Jose, CA or Frisco, TX. You will be required to travel on an as-needed basis. We are not offering relocation assistance at this time. Own and grow a top-tier PC OEM partnership that is foundational to McAfee’s consumer business. Drive quarterly revenue expansion through executive alignment, disciplined operating cadence, and measurable growth initiatives. Serve as the single-threaded owner for partner performance—coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years in strategic partnerships, OEM/channel, enterprise sales, or GTM leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated ownership of a large, strategic partner relationship with measurable revenue impact.
  • Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and close high-value agreements.
  • Strong analytical discipline: KPI management, forecasting, variance analysis, and executive reporting.
  • Track record driving cross-functional execution without direct authority.
  • Travel as needed for partner visits, events, and key meetings; flexibility for occasional off-hours work across time zones.

  • PC OEM ecosystem familiarity (software distribution/preload, attach dynamics, monetization models).
  • Consumer subscription, security, privacy, identity, or digital protection experience.
  • Global partner management experience across multiple regions and time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a top-tier PC OEM partnership that is foundational to McAfee’s consumer business.
  • Drive quarterly revenue expansion through executive alignment, disciplined operating cadence, and measurable growth initiatives.
  • Serve as the single-threaded owner for partner performance—coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver results.
  • Own the end-to-end partnership strategy, operating plan, and results across geographies and programs.
  • Translate McAfee capabilities into partner-ready plans that drive adoption, monetization, and long-term value.
  • Set quarterly priorities with clear metrics, owners, milestones, and expected impact.
  • Build and deepen relationships across the partner organization (executive through operational).
  • Lead quarterly executive growth meetings with crisp agendas, decisions, and follow-through.
  • Represent the partner internally while protecting McAfee priorities, economics, and risk posture.
  • Drive growth levers such as placement expansion, attach improvements, lifecycle optimization, and partner campaigns.
  • Maintain a measurable initiative pipeline; remove blockers fast and escalate when needed.
  • Ensure execution quality: commitments are realistic, resourced, and delivered on time.
  • Lead complex negotiations for software/services agreements (new business, amendments, extensions, renewals).
  • Structure outcomes that improve economics, protect scalability, and reduce long-term risk.
  • Coordinate legal, finance, and product inputs into a single negotiation strategy and narrative.
  • Own partner forecasting and performance: KPIs, trend analysis, variance explanations, and corrective actions.
  • Produce executive-ready reporting that links actions to results and makes decisions easy.
  • Identify leading indicators early and adjust plans to keep performance on track.
  • Drive aligned execution across product, marketing, engineering, finance, operations, and legal.
  • Create clarity on roles, deliverables, timelines, and decision rights.
  • Maintain operational rigor: cadence, accountability, and closed-loop communication.
  • Stay ahead of cybersecurity trends, platform changes, competitor moves, and partner dynamics.
  • Convert insights into strategy shifts, risk mitigation plans, and sharper partner positioning.
