We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Director of Facilities Management to lead and elevate our facilities operations across multiple acute care sites. This strategic role ensures consistent application of enterprise-wide policies, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. Requirements

• Associate's degree or trade school certificate required.
• Minimum 10 years in Engineering, Facilities Management, or Operations within healthcare.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in regulatory standards, audits, and surveys.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Preferred certifications: CHFM, CFM, CPMM, or PE.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional implementation of Facilities Management policies and procedures.
• Provide expert troubleshooting and on-site support during critical downtimes.
• Act as liaison between local teams and corporate partners (Asset Strategy, Safety, IT, etc.).
• Ensure regulatory compliance and readiness for inspections (Joint Commission, AHCA, etc.).
• Conduct audits and identify areas for improvement.
• Mentor and develop Facilities Management leaders and teams.
• Collaborate on capital project planning and execution.
• Support strategic vision and organizational goals.
