Let us introduce ourselves Miracle Kids Succus Academy (MKSA) is an early intervention day treatment clinic for children with special needs. Our treatment rooms are adequately staffed with teachers and teachers' assistants and are designed to celebrate the cultural differences of the children and families we serve. MKSA has many licensed occupational therapists, physical therapists, and speech-language pathologists on staff to provide needed care to the children who qualify for therapy services. And, MKSA has nurses on staff to serve children with medical needs. Our whole treatment team works together and with our patients' families to make sure each child's needs are met. MKSA typically treats children from birth to Kindergarten. As the Regional Director of Clinical Operations at Miracle Kids Success Academy, your day-to-day expectations will revolve around overseeing clinical program implementation and ensuring adherence to best practices. You will collaborate with a dedicated team to assess operational efficiency, develop training initiatives, and implement systematic improvements across various locations. Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, offering you a structured yet dynamic work environment. Daily responsibilities include conducting team meetings, evaluating program outcomes, and providing hands-on support to staff, all while cultivating a caring and driven culture. Expect to engage with stakeholders, foster teamwork, and navigate various challenges to enhance the educational experience for our students.
