The Regional Director, Client Success is a senior leadership role responsible for driving customer outcomes, executive engagement, revenue retention and expansion across a defined region: Americas. This leader will manage and scale a team of Client Success Managers, serve as a senior escalation point for clients, and act as a strategic partner to executive stakeholders within Tier 1 & 2 banks and financial institutions. The role requires deep financial services and/or fintech experience, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to position Personetics as a trusted cognitive banking partner.
