About The Position

The Regional Director, Client Success is a senior leadership role responsible for driving customer outcomes, executive engagement, revenue retention and expansion across a defined region: Americas. This leader will manage and scale a team of Client Success Managers, serve as a senior escalation point for clients, and act as a strategic partner to executive stakeholders within Tier 1 & 2 banks and financial institutions. The role requires deep financial services and/or fintech experience, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to position Personetics as a trusted cognitive banking partner.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in financial services and/or fintech within the assigned region (Americas).
  • Proven experience leading Client Success, Account Management, or Customer-facing teams at scale.
  • Demonstrated success driving renewals, expansion revenue, and executive-level client relationships.
  • Experience working with large banks and complex, multi-stakeholder client environments.
  • Ability to travel up 50% of the time.
  • University degree or higher required.
  • US based, New York or Atlanta preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Client Success Leadership
  • Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of Client Success Managers across the Americas.
  • Ensure consistent execution of Client Success playbooks and best practices.
  • Drive effective adoption of Personetics tools and systems (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, ChatGPT, internal analytics tools).
  • Serve as senior escalation point for complex client issues, executive-level concerns.
  • Retention, Growth, and Revenue Expansion
  • Lead Client Success and support Sales in renewal process, churn prevention, and revenue expansion for the region.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Account teams to identify, track, and execute upsell and expansion opportunities.
  • Support top-of-funnel activity for add-on sales and new logo opportunities through strong client advocacy, executive engagement, and Sales support.
  • Executive Engagement & Strategic Advisory
  • Build and expand executive and senior stakeholder relationships across client organizations.
  • Understand and align with banks’ strategic initiatives, digital transformation goals, and regional industry trends.
  • Support, participate in executive briefings, QBRs, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Thought Leadership & Market Presence
  • Act as the regional evangelist for Personetics’ Cognitive Banking strategy and value proposition.
  • Position Personetics as an industry innovator and trusted strategic partner.
  • Work with clients to advance the “enterprise asset” value proposition and expand Personetics usage for Needs Based Selling across the bank.
  • Partner with Marketing as a thought leader for industry events, analyst engagements, and customer advocacy initiatives.
