About The Position

This a fully Remote Role! What You Will Do: Providing eCommerce and digital marketing support for key hotels — ensuring campaigns align with each hotel’s unique goals. Proactively evaluating and implementing strategies to enhance web presence and marketing performance — because better visibility means more bookings. Managing multichannel distribution for optimal performance — keeping every digital channel firing on all cylinders. Driving paid media strategies while managing budgets wisely — smart spending maximizes returns. Utilizing company and brand tools to develop and present effective strategies — clear data, clear decisions. Partnering with brand teams and third-party vendors to optimize channel strategies — teamwork makes the dream work.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in hotel digital media: Experience sharpens your ability to grow revenue.
  • Hospitality brand experience (Marriott, Hilton, IHG, or Independent): Knowing the brands means you speak the right language.
  • Self-starter with remote work experience: You own your schedule and deliver results without hand-holding.
  • Tech savvy with Excel, Teams, SEO, OTAs, and paid media: Tools of the trade keep you efficient and effective.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator: Sharing the right info at the right time fuels team success.
  • Time management and adaptability: You juggle projects like a pro and learn fast on the fly.
