Responsible for FC bit product development for assigned region(s). Lead engineering tasks, mentor and develop RDEs. Orchestrate Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing and Product Line to develop targeted bit solutions in a cost effective and efficient manner for our customers. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and coordinate the product development for assigned region(s) Track all of region's EMS Tasks Primary approver and gate keeper for region's design philosphy Visit region as required Consider STD cost of new part ids, reducing where feasible keeping application suitability Keep Working Capital in mind with any field enquiries/requests Technical support region and lower level RDEs Mentor, support and guide lower level RDE design activities Competence Assessor for design aspects for lower level RDEs Technical design contact for region Present to key customers/clients Design input for critical field failure analyses Perform other work related tasks as assigned. Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
