About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Regional Coordinator for Retail to support execution across our regional branch network and major retail ecommerce platforms, while coordinating Value-Add service activities and supporting field sales teams across the region. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring our products are accurately represented, competitively priced, and well positioned for success across retail ecommerce platforms within your region. You will also help coordinate Value-Add service activities and provide day-to-day support to Regional National Account Executives and Retail Territory Managers, helping our teams respond quickly, execute effectively, and deliver a better customer experience. Requirements

  • Experience in ecommerce, product data management, operations, sales support, or building materials distribution
  • Experience managing SKUs, product catalogs, pricing, or item setup
  • Ability to coordinate across branches, vendors, and internal teams
  • Strong Excel and systems skills
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Excellent organization and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution skills
  • Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for execution

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the building materials, lumber, or construction supply industry is a plus
  • Familiarity with major retail ecommerce platforms, ERP systems, PIM tools, or order management platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own ecommerce catalog execution across your region and ensure our product assortment is accurate, available, and ready to sell by maintaining key product information across major retail ecommerce platforms
  • Be the connection point between branches, manufacturers, and internal teams
  • Improve quality, speed, and consistency
  • Help support and coordinate Value-Add service activities within your region
  • Support field sales teams that drive growth
