The Regional Consultant role is a critical internal sales position for Polen Capital. It is a proactive sales role, responsible for partnering with senior sales professionals to drive asset growth and cultivate new client relationships. This is a phone-first role. The role involves proactively engaging Financial Advisors, RIA’s, and Family Offices because of the candidate’s outbound work. Upon successfully engaging a prospect, the Regional Consultant needs to be able to identify and position the most appropriate Polen Capital investment strategy as a solution to their investment needs. A passion for Capital Markets, and familiarity with Mutual Funds, SMA’s, Interval Funds, UCITS, and ETF’s, is foundational to success. Successful candidates will have an entrepreneurial spirit and drive and will want to work hard to be seen as a trusted and critical business partner. Success in the role fundamentally relies on a candidate’s proactive approach, laser-focus on the needs of their business partners, and desire to continuously improve.
