Regional Community Sales Leader- Home Health Schedule: Monday - Friday and weekends as needed SUMMARY The Regional Community Sales Leader (RCSL) is responsible for working directly with the Senior Director of Sales to develop and execute community-based growth strategies driving patient referrals, building relationships with key stakeholders and supporting local efforts to establish ASHN as the leading provider of home health services. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales acumen, rich experience in developing sales team members, a deep knowledge of the home health market and a passion for improving the quality of life for patients in the community. The CE complies with company policies and follows all legal rules and regulations.
