As a Commercial Regional Sales Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving regional growth and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets. Lead & Develop the Team Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of commercial sales representatives Conduct weekly team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions Participate in field ride-alongs to provide real-time coaching and sales training Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement Drive Sales Performance Oversee and manage the sales pipeline to maximize lead conversion and revenue Track and manage key sales KPIs (calls, appointments, proposals, closes, etc.) Provide regular sales reporting to senior leadership, highlighting trends and opportunities Ensure strong forecasting accuracy and pipeline health Recruit, Train & Grow Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales representatives as the business grows Deliver training on sales processes, services, and CRM tools Support ongoing professional development and career growth within the team Support Customers & Strategy Assist with closing large, strategic, or complex sales opportunities Serve as an escalation point for sales or customer challenges Partner closely with operations and service teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences
