About The Position

Outpatient MAT Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) Seeking: Regional Clinical Supervisor CADC II Full Time Hours: Monday - Friday, 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM Role Location: This position will be based out of Belmont Comprehensive Treatment Center and provide clinical support and oversight to 5 CTC clinic locations in the state of Oregon. The Regional Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the daily supervision of the assigned programs' Clinical Supervisors. In the absence of a Clinical Supervisor, this position will oversee the treatment facility's clinical program/clinicians. This position includes fostering compliance with clinical and regulatory standards and ensuring clinical and administrative services are provided for patients and their families.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in human Services, psychology, social work, counseling, or mental/behavioral health-related field is required.
  • 3 years of full-time professional clinical experience in addiction recovery or behavioral health settings, including outpatient, residential, or correctional facilities.
  • Minimum 1 year full-time equivalent of clinical leadership experience in a supervisory or administrative role.
  • Experience supervising and mentoring clinical staff in the delivery of individual and group counseling services for individuals with substance use disorders.
  • In-depth knowledge of Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) protocols and practices, including the use of methadone, buprenorphine, and naltrexone.
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and relapse prevention, with the ability to train and guide staff in their implementation.
  • Oversight of clinical documentation practices, ensuring accuracy and compliance in treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
  • Has working knowledge of all applicable federal and state rules and regulations, in addition to accreditation standards governing the CTC Division.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards, including 42 CFR Part 2, HIPAA, and Joint Commission requirements, with a focus on maintaining audit readiness.
  • Proven success in fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, including medical providers, case managers, and peer support staff, to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.
  • Strong leadership, education, training, and customer service skills, as well as an understanding of the principles of Clinical Services, Compliance, Quality, and Policy Management, are required

Responsibilities

  • Provides supervision of clinical staff at multiple CTC locations and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, CARF standards, and clinic and corporate policies and procedures.
  • Make staff assignments and create schedules at multiple CTC locations; updates support staff when changes are made.
  • Monitors counselor’s compliance at multiple CTC locations with productivity requirements and develop improvement plan when requirements are not met.
  • Ensures quality patient care at multiple CTC locations; conducts treatment plan reviews as needed.
  • Performs chart audits at multiple CTC locations and communicates results of audits to staff.
  • Assess level of care for patients at multiple CTC locations; conducts treatment plan review as required.
  • Participate in reviews at multiple CTC locations ensuring adherence to policy, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assists at multiple CTC locations with the recruitment, hiring and training of qualified clinical staff.
  • May also be involved in crisis intervention and work as a liaison within community at multiple CTC locations.
  • Ensure ethical and professional conduct by clinical staff at multiple CTC locations.
  • Adheres to company standards of conduct as delineated in the Acadia Corporate Statement of Ethics.
  • Ensures Compliance with Opioid Treatment Program Division operating policies and procedures at multiple CTC locations.
  • Provides supervision to counselors as needed at multiple CTC locations.
  • Develops and provides clinical training to Clinical team at multiple CTC locations, as needed, to enhance counseling skills, therapeutic techniques, and documentation skills.
  • Reviews clinical program adherence to policies and regulatory standards on a semi-annual basis.
  • Reviews KPl's and develop improvement plans, as needed, at multiple CTC locations clinics related to counselor productivity, 90 day retention rates, admissions, and no shows.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
