Under the direction and supervision of the Director, Hospitality & Nutrition Services, directs and manages the activities of a staff of assigned personnel engaged in the provision of clinical nutrition services and/or foodservice to patients at two separate facilities. Ensures the nutritional adequacy of patiebt menus and that all activities adhere to policies, practices, and standards set forth by regulatory and licensing agencies and the hospital.
