This role ensures the delivery of high-quality hearing care services, leads and develops clinic teams, and drives operational, financial, and patient experience outcomes. The RCM plays a critical role in strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across a dynamic hearing care environment. There is one position available within the region. This role will support clinics within the state of Louisiana.
