About The Position

As a company our “North Star” is our unwavering focus on delivering patient-centered care, ensuring better outcomes for those we serve.  This position supports our mission through the successful deployment of the Revere Medical clinical model within their market. You will directly supervise Market Medical Directors and Clinical Site Leads to ensure they provide excellent clinical care evidenced by success against key performance indicators including metrics for patient experience, population health, costs and staff satisfaction. Your inspirational leadership will guide peers on a journey of clinical transformation from volume to value while you build relationships that lead to results. Collaborating with the Population Health Operations Manager Lead and Practice Managers, you will make certain that all Revere Medical clinicians in your market understand the clinical model and provide objectively evident excellent care. Striving to expand the Revere Medical model of excellence in clinical care, you will identify and foster physician and advanced practice provider (APP) leaders and support their development and growth.

Requirements

  • Passion for driving improved clinical outcomes through analysis of patient experience as well as through practitioner development and accountability
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team to inspire trust for collaborative working relationships
  • High emotional intelligence, the ability to forge meaningful relationships and successfully navigate diverse groups
  • A keen sense of personal accountability for delivering individual and team results
  • Experience performing with a sense of urgency, attention to detail and commitment to doing what you say you will do
  • Keen understanding of value-based care and its clinical implications
  • Knowledgeable about continuous quality improvement in healthcare
  • Willingness to commit 80% of time to administrative duties
  • Active unrestricted medical license
  • Board certified/eligible

Responsibilities

  • Drive high clinical care standards by evaluating regional performance against Revere Medical’s Quad Index metrics for panel management, clinical documentation, quality and utilization to identify and address shortfalls and improve patient outcomes
  • Analyze patient satisfaction surveys results to assess patient satisfaction and identify and address opportunities to improve patient experience through better clinical care
  • Communicate solution-oriented feedback to appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner and work collaboratively to address gaps and identify strategies for improvement
  • Engage market physicians and advanced practice providers in continuing education opportunities to maintain credentialing and ensure optimum patient-centered care, based on trending healthcare knowledge
  • Conduct regular care management grand rounds and utilization management to evaluate recent cases and identify potential malpractice claims, discuss alternative care options and gain insights on future clinical management of similar cases
  • Champion the Revere clinical model by conducting regular peer review meetings to evaluate the quality of clinical care in the market and ensure it meets or exceeds company benchmarks
  • Engage affiliate medical group leadership to ensure Revere is supporting groups to achieve quality and targeted outcomes.
