This role serves as a trusted advisor and business consultant to practice owners and key decision makers—providing strategic market insights, operational guidance, financial analysis, and best-practice implementation support. The RBM leads regional development plans, drives adoption of field programs (including Business Excellence material), oversees contract and program performance, and ensures consistent execution of business strategies that support revenue growth, profitability, and long-term partner success. The position requires proactive field leadership, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence teams and customers across all three networks. This hybrid role requires approximately 75% travel and 25% office time.
