About The Position

THP Limited (THP) is looking for a Regional Business Development Manager based in our Cincinnati office to plan and execute THP’s business development plan in the Greater Cincinnati market. The Regional Business Development Manager works closely with a cross-functional team of business development, marketing, and technical personnel to identify and cultivate relationships to support the organization’s growth and long-term sustainability. The ideal candidate shares THP’s methodology of valued client relationships and high standards of quality and service.

Requirements

Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
4 to 7 years of industry-related business development experience.
Experience working with CRM databases.
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with a varied audience.
Team-oriented approach to achieving success.
Proven sales performance results and career progression.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage the regional business development plan to support the long-term sustainability of THP.
Develop new client relationships to enhance the awareness of THP in the marketplace and create new revenue streams that enhance growth.
Expand existing client relationships to further support the growth of THP and its partners.
Gather market intelligence to support strategic business development initiatives and target ideal client opportunities.
Coordinate staff to execute the regional business development plan and deliver a consistent THP value proposition.
